Q: When Should I book my wedding day services.
A: 6-12 months prior to your big day! (Though there are times a more last minute booking can be accommodated)
Q: When should I book my hair and/or makeup trial run.
A: This should be booked as soon as possible as it is preferred to do your trial first and then sign the contract and collecting the booking retainer for your big day!
Q: Will I need hair extensions?
A: Most bridal styles (especially inspiration pictures) use hair extensions of some form. Depending on the style desired and your natural hair length, density and texture will help determine if hair extensions are a necessity.
Q: How long will may hair and makeup last?
A: I can assure you that your hair and makeup will all day and night! Even through all of those happy tears and dancing your night away.

Q: How long do hair extensions last?
A: The lifespan of hair extensions depends on the type and how well they are maintained. sew-in extensions need maintenance every 6 weeks, iTips need maintenance every 6-8 weeks, v-Lights need maintenance every 3 weeks and clip-in extensions can last over a year with proper care.
q: can v-Light Extensions be installed to cover the full head?
A: No, V-Light Extensions are only to be placed around the hairline, THe crown of the head, and/or near the part line.
Q: Can I wash my hair with extensions?
A: Yes! Use a gentle, hydrating, sulfate-free shampoo and wash your hair gently in a downward motion. Avoid excessive scrubbing or tangling. Always apply conditioner from mid-length to ends, not on the roots.
Q: Can I sleep with wet hair extensions?
A: No, always dry your extensions before bed to prevent tangling and breakage. For extra protection, braid your hair and use a silk pillowcase.
Q: Can I reuse my hair extensions?
A: Yes, for sew-in, and clip-in extensions can be reused if properly maintained. V-Light extensions need new hair every 3 weeks.
Q: Do hair extensions damage natural hair?
A: When installed and maintained correctly, hair extensions do not damage your natural hair. We use high-quality, professional application methods to ensure the health of your natural hair.
Q: Can extensions cover bald spots?
a: V-Light extensions depending on the area where baldness is occuring can help to cover that area but they may also may not be a good fit for you depending on what is causing the baldness.
Hair Coloring and Styling FAQ'S
Q: What is dimensional hair color?
A: Dimensional hair color is a technique that combines multiple shades (highlights, lowlights) to add depth and richness to your hair, creating a natural and multi-tonal effect.
Q: How often should I refresh my hair color?
A: It depends on the type of color you choose:

Q: Can I go from dark to blonde in one session?
A: Not always. If you have dark hair, achieving blonde may take multiple sessions to maintain hair health. Our stylists will create a customized hair-lightening plan to safely reach your desired shade.
Q: What is the best way to maintain colored hair?
A: Use a color-safe, sulfate-free shampoo, avoid frequent washing, and use heat protectant sprays when styling. We also recommend regular deep conditioning treatments.

Q: How do I book an appointment?

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: no. We recommend booking an appointment in advance.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay,Venmo ).
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50-100% of the scheduled appointment fee. YOu can read more about my policies here.

Hair Care FAQ'S
Q: What is the best shampoo for hair extensions?
A: We recommend using a sulfate-free, paraben-free shampoo to keep extensions soft and healthy. I offer professional hair care products for purchase. Hair Extensions are not guaranteed without purchasing the professional products in salon.
Q: Can I use heat styling tools on my hair extensions?
A: Yes! However, always use a heat protectant spray and keep your heat tools below 350°F (180°C) to prevent damage.
Q: How often should I get a haircut to maintain healthy hair?
A: We recommend a trim every 8 weeks to prevent split ends and maintain healthy hair.
